Rental Requirements:
Each person 19 or older than plan to live in the residence must fill out a separate application, submit a photo ID and turn in proof of income and vallid SSN. We require monthly income total to be at least 3x the rental price. We do a background/credit/eviction check on each applicant. We verify any rental history.
Application process can take up to 3-5 business days. We will notify you as soon as we have fully processed the application. Applications can be re-used within 30 days of receiving. Co-Signers must go through the same application process mentioned above.

Copy of Driver’s License for ALL applicants
Proof of income (must be at least 2 months worth) This can be paystub, bank statement, w2, or official letter from the company you work for.
