Scroll down you to see our current available rental properties! We do require you schedule a showing with one of our agents to view the home in person before applying. Schedule a showing by texting 256-768-5603. Showings are scheduled at least a day in advance.

Rental Requirements: 

Each person 19 or older than plan to live in the residence must fill out a separate application, submit a photo ID and turn in proof of income and valid SSN. We require monthly income total to be at least 3x the rental price. We do a background/credit/eviction check on each applicant. Each property may have its own specific requirements. be sure to ask office for any special requirements. We verify any rental history. No previous evictions, bankruptcies (in the past 7 years) Some properties may differ, or repossessions. Please contact office for specifics per property.

Application process can take up to 3-5 business days. We will notify you as soon as we have fully processed the application. Applications can be re-used within 30 days of receiving. Co-Signers must go through the same application process mentioned above. 

Once application has been submitted the following will be needed sent via email to RentWithRiverCo@gmail.com

  • Copy of Driver’s License for ALL applicants

  • Proof of income (must be at least 2 months worth) This can be paystub, bank statement, w2, or official letter from the company you work for.
